Oxford Bank & Trust, Your Most Convenient Bank, is looking for a Part Time Teller for their 1520 West Lake Street Branch in Addison. The ideal candidate will have impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills which includes having ENERGY, EXCITEMENT & ENTHUSIASM!

Responsibilities:

  • Interact confidently with customers & work well in a team spirited environment
  • Perform a variety of transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
  • Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy and efficiency
  • Understand and comply with Bank policies and procedures and applicable laws & regulations
  • Take personal responsibility to learn and continually improve as a Teller
  • Welcome Oxford customers and connect with them at a personal level
  • Provide a Raving Banking Experience and WOW each customer and visitor
  • Take appropriate action to resolve customer concerns with tact and diplomacy
  • Constantly exercise confidentiality with customer information
  • Assist in bank sales initiatives and promotions
  • Play an active role in Oxford customer events, bank committees, and festivities

Requirements:

  • Banking and/or a minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience is required
  • Valuable customer service experience
  • Ability to perform job functions accurately with consistent high attention to detail
  • Strong basic computer skills & Aptitude for mathematics
  • Previous Teller experience a PLUS!
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as an upbeat, positive attitude
  • Ability to consistently work BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY as well as at least 3 WEEK DAY AFTERNOONS  from 3:00pm-7:15pm

Oxford is open 7 days a week during the following hours:
Week days from 6:45am - 7:15pm
Saturdays from 6:45am - 3:15pm
Sundays from 9:45am - 2:15pm

Children's events are once a month and attendance is required. Staffing assistance will often be required at other branch locations to help with their events. Meetings are held after hours & attendance is required.

Receptionist

Oxford Bank & Trust, Your Most Convenient Bank, is looking for a FIRST IMPRESSION SPECIALIST! We are in the process of looking for a Receptionist to fill the opening at the Lake Street Branch in Addison (directly across from the Marcus Theatres). If you an enthusiastic, energy filled and service-oriented individual Oxford Bank may be the place for you!

This position requires a dynamic person who consistently presents a professional image, and has a very high energy level, enjoys being productive, is great at multitasking, and naturally exudes a warm welcoming spirit to our customers!

Responsibilities for this position:

  • Greets and welcomes each Oxford visitor as well as projecting a friendly, professional and positive first impression
  • Functions as the "gatekeeper" in the branch directing the customer flow of traffic
  • Answers all incoming phone calls
  • Changes customer addresses in the computer system
  • Orders checks for customers
  • Orders all supplies for the branch and contacts vendors for all maintenance
  • Files paperwork and maintains files
  • Opens and maintains Safe Deposit Boxes assisting customers with access to them
  • Promotes a team spirit within the branch and acts as a caring and committed team
  • Exercises confidentiality with customer information
  • Takes an active role in customer events, Bank committees, festivities, sales initiatives and promotions
  • Strives to exceed the expectations of all of our customers and will do so by living the Core Values of Oxford Bank

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as an upbeat, positive attitude
  • Valuable customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word & Excel

  • Must be able to work a flexible and often varying schedule, including weekends

A typical work week schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 9:45am - 6:15pm.
The Receptionist is also required to work Saturday and/or Sunday upon request.

Credit Analyst

We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst. This individual will be working closely with other Credit Analysts, our Senior Credit Officers and Commercial Lenders. Mentoring, on the job training, and some external training classes will provide the primary sources for learning experiences. Responsibilities for this position:

  • Preparing credit approval requests
  • Analyzing personal & business financial information
  • Preparing board reports
  • Ordering & reviewing appraisals
  • Preparing loan reviews & recommendations
  • Performing varied administrative tasks (such as balancing borrowing base certificates, maintaining collateral tracking system, taking minutes for loan meetings & working on projects for the Board)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 semesters of Accounting coursework
  • TAC Credit Software Skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis
  • Knowledge of credit agency reports, cash flow analysis, leverage & liquidity ratios
  • Exceptional writing, communication & analytical skills
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must enjoy working independently and as part of a team & consistently maintain an upbeat, positive attitude
