Benefits
Medical Insurance
- We offer both a HMO as well as a PPO to all eligible employees, and their eligible dependents, with Oxford Bank contributing a portion of the premium. Coverage begins the first of the month after completion of two full months of employment.
Dental Insurance
- We offer both a PPO and DHMO plan for our employees the first of the month following two full months of employment.
Life Insurance
- Group Life Insurance including Accidental Death & Dismemberment is provided for all Full Time employees. This insurance is effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. The premium is paid by Oxford Bank & Trust. Group Voluntary Term Life Insurance is also available for all Full Time employees at their own expense.
Disability
- Both Long Term Disability (LTD) as well as Short Term Disability (STD) is available for all Full Time employees.
Retirement Plan Savings
- A Retirement Plan Savings 401(k) plan is offered to all eligible employees. Employees may enroll on the first day of the quarter following 6 months of service.
Paid Time Off
- Employees are given paid vacation time, sick days, company observed holidays, as well as personal days each year.
Educational Assistance
- All full-time employees who have successfully completed 3 months of service are eligible for educational assistance. It must be through an accredited educational institution and must be after an employee's regularly scheduled working hours.
Employee Assistance Program
- All employees and their immediate family members are eligible to participate in this program.
