Affirmative Action
Our Affirmative Action policy reflects the attitude of Oxford Bank toward the principle of equal employment opportunity, and its belief that it is the obligation of each officer, manager, and supervisor of the Company to conduct himself or herself in conformity with the principle of equal employment opportunity at all times. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing the implementation and the day to day maintenance of the Bank's Equal Employment policy. The Director will work with each manager, monitor the progress being made and keep management informed. Oxford Bank does not tolerate sexual, racial, ethnic or any other type of harassment. Such prohibited sexual harassment includes both quid pro quo harassment and the creation of a hostile or intimidating work environment.
